At Panchalivastra, we are committed to delivering your products promptly and safely, both within India and internationally.1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping within Kerala.

  • For other Indian states, a flat charge of ₹150 applies.

  • Delivery time: 2 to 10 business days depending on your pin code.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via our trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time: 7 to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on weight and location at checkout.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

4. Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged parcel or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the unboxing.
After this period, we may not be able to process complaints due to courier claim limitations.

5. Courier Partners

We use reliable courier services including DTDC, India Post (Speed Post), and international express partners such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on your location.

⚖️ Important Note (For PayPal Compliance)

  • PayPal payments are accepted only for international orders.

  • Indian customers are advised to use domestic payment methods such as UPI, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the same PayPal account used for the transaction.
