1. No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. All purchases made on our website are final.

2. Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is incorrect (product mismatch)
No exchange will be accepted for any other reasons, including personal preferences, dislike, or change of mind.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
• Customers must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
• The video must clearly show:
* The sealed package
* Opening process
* Product inside
Without this video, no exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Reporting Timeline
• Any issue (damage or wrong product) must be reported on the same day of delivery.
• Requests raised after 24 hours / next day / later will not be accepted.

5. Exchange Process
• Once the issue is verified through the unboxing video:
* Customer must self-ship the product back to us (we do not provide pickup service).
* You may use any reliable courier service.
* After we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the correct replacement product.

6. Important Notes
• Sarees made from natural fabrics (like modal, gaji, etc.) are soft and delicate and must be handled carefully.
• Damages caused due to improper handling, pinning, or usage will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
• Exchange will only be approved after proper verification by our team.
